I am always honored when students invite me to look at their work, and this week for my Inside Art column with GoLocalProv, I wrote about Physics and Physiques, a two-person show featuring artists Alia Del Borgo and Natalia Miller in the Chazan Family Gallery at Rhode Island College. On view through January 18, it’s a show you should see.

Editor’s Note: Millennial/Gen Z Art Meetup Tonight
In a recent newsletter I mentioned the importance of connecting in real life with peers. Soon after that I was having a conversation with a friend about the lack of informal opportunities to meet fellow younger art people locally, and thought we could fix that.
Tonight (Friday, Dec. 6), I’ll be at Wickenden Pub at 320 Wickenden Street in Providence from 7ish to 9ish in the evening with arty friends. If you’re a Millennial/Gen Z artist or art professional, swing by and join us for casual beers. Please note, this bar is 21+. If you have questions, please email me at michael@michaelrosefineart.com.
If this meetup goes well, I’ll work to host more in the future. So stay tuned! - Michael Rose
